This includes...All Hide-Glue construction. Highly figured maple back and sides. Adirondack red spruce or Sitka spruce top with tone-bar or X-bracing. Bound radiused ebony fingerboard with 21 frets. Ebony headstock overlays, Ebony trussrodcover and Torch inlay. 3-ply ivoroid binding on the body, fingerboard and peghead. Varnish finish. Nickel plated James tailpiece. Rubner tuners. And hard case.
Some options that raise the price are:
Blond color, Pickgaurd, Floating Ebony tailpiece, fancy custom inlay, side sound port, Virzi tone producer and any custom work that takes extra time, including design time.
Some things that lower the price are:
Plain maple back & sides, single color dark stain, single color plastic binding, unbound fingerboard, peghead or back.
Deposit to Get on the Wait list:
To ensure that you secure a spot on my waiting list and lock in the current price of your custom instrument, I ask for a $500 non-refundable deposit to place your order. Half the balance before finishing and the remaining balance is not due until your instrument is ready to ship. For custom options, contact me to discuss things like your preferred nut width, neck shape and depth, color, and binding scheme.
